Wayne is a stylist within the salon, he has been in the hairdressing industry for five years, and he excels in hair-ups for weddings and balls. He has achieved diplomas in the following:

• Redken principles of highlighting
• Redken principles of design

Wayne has also achieved an excellence award from Reflections Training Academy; he is also fully trained in our La Biosthetique colours and is currently a part of the ‘Creactiv UK Artistic Team’. He was asked to showcase his work at the annual ‘Beauty Awards 2010’ where his work was photographed for selected hairdresser magazines.

He has also attended a ‘La Biosthetique barbering course’ and has progressed in his barbering skills within the salon. He also previously showcased his work for La Biosthetique in ‘Mechu’ where many other stylists were given the opportunity to showcase their work.
